Over 90% of the scales will receive brand new weigh incorrectly! • Free Quality Assurance report If you have a Q.A. System in place and have regular reporting done on your scales, Coastal Scales will provide the initial calibration report at no extra charge. • Free loan unit in the event of a failure Coastal Scales carry a full range of units from 0.1mg Laboratory Balances to 3t Pallet scales. In the event something goes wrong with your unit (whether under warranty or not) we will give you a loan unit to keep you going whilst we get yours repaired. • In-house Warranty Repairs Coastal Scales can repair anything we sell in-house – there is no need for it to be returned to the manufacturer. Saving time and expense (freight costs). In the event it is determined we will replace the unit, there will be no cost to return the faulty unit to the manufacturer – Coastal Scales covers that for you.
